The "2014-present Pike manual" says 10 ml in each leg

However, the "2014 Pike lower leg replacement manual" says 5 ml drive side and 15 ml non-drive side.

Going to 2015, the "2015 Suspension fork air, oil and coil charts" also says 5 ml drive side and 15 ml non-drive side for the Pike RCT3.

... But the 2016 Suspension fork charts goes back to 10 ml in each leg.

Which one is it, 10/10 or 5/15 ?

I saturate the foam rings and go for the "max" value: 15cc on the spring side and 10cc on the damper side.
I've been running my Pikes this way for three years.
Nobody at SRAM corporate has been able to give me a legitimate reason why they've changed the values; nor have they told me that what I've been doing is a bad idea, when asked.

I do 10mL on each side, my LBS said the same thing. The RC/RCT3 damper is a sealed damper not an open bath, so it has its own oil already. Air shaft side, 10 or 15ml
Won't hurt. I just do 10/10 for the ease of remembering but I do oil changes quite often to keep an eye on it.

I asked the same question a few months ago (DavidSA helped then so cheers!).

I even went to SRAM and here's the answer:

"Hi Tom,

Continue to use 5ml of 0w30 in the drive side leg. You can use 10ml of 0w30 in the non-drive side leg.

Mark"

Oh, gee, thanks, Mark!!

5/15 or 10/10, don't think it makes a difference really.

Cheers,

Tom
