I've been told that there is no efficient way to recycle Carbon Frames. With so much new product being produced and creating so many carbon frames with no efficient repurposing are bike manufacturers being unethical?

It is a problem but bike parts, especially those that become useless are miniscule vs airplanes, race cars, and other larger scale mfg.

That said, u gta question the pruis, tesla, greeny type riding carbon. Not too mention the power needed for e cars comes from fossil/nuclear energy. Its really difficult not to be a hypocrite today.
