2015 GT fury sizing

I was hoping someone could help me choose the right size frame for a 2015 GT fury elite. I understand they run large.

Im 6' 220 lbs. Novice to intermediate rider.

I typically ride at anglefire and winterpark. I like hitting the rock gardens at angelfire but also trails like hungry hippo and boulder dash.

In the past i have rode the 2015 demo 8s and trek 9.9s in large. I felt comfortable on both bikes.

Any advice?

Go for the large. I have the 2014 Fury (Not much difference between the two years). I am 6' 140 pounds and it works great.
