I recently brought a 2015 superfly 9.8 Full sus and I've hitting a few jumps/drops lately around 4-5 ft and bottoming out both shocks, both are on maximum psi Fox 32 front @125 psi and fox rear at 250 (maximum 300) do I need more travel as I progress or do I need to develop better technique ?im around 15 stone or 96kg Thanks in advance

You're bike is not made for jumping, it's rather an XC/light trail bike. You will need a lot of technique if you don't want to bottom out that poor 100mm on a 5 feet drop.
You might wanna try to put some volume spacers in you air can/spring, it firms it up... but if you're into jumps, drops and gaps, you'll be looking for a more capable bike, like the Remedy (in the Trek family).
