Hello there,

Just wondering where do you guys get your stuff from? I'll just share my experience with CRC so far.

Back in September 2014 I ordered a Body Armour, Handlebar, Grease and Lube for a total of 220$. It was shipped with Parcelforce/Canada Post (With tracking number) and if I remember correctly I didn't pay any extra fees.

Last May I ordered the X-tools bike Tool Kit for a total of 68$ which once again was shipped with Parcelforce/Canada Post (with Tracking number) and I didn't pay any extra fees.

Then last week I ordered another Body Armour for my wife along with 1 Jersey and a Pair of knee pads for a total of 250$ however this time I used the "Standard Tracked - Free" option instead of "Standard Postal - Free" and my parcel was shipped with DHL with an extra 60$ fees attached to it which I think is completely ridiculous.

I now want to upgrade my drivetrain to Shimano M8000 which is 700$ Canadian and I'm very hesitant about ordering from CRC again. I was thinking about using the "Standard Postal - Free" option once again but I don't want to get any bad surprises.

I looked at JensonUSA which has the same prices as CRC and no extra, hidden fees however I never bought anything from them and it seems some of the M8000 stuff is indefinitely backordered.

O+

Lambert cycles. Not bad on component parts, but don't really carry any armor etc.
It's also a dealer account, so substantially cheaper than CRC.
