does anyone know if the city frowns at riders working on river trails? I rode them a week or so ago and a lot of it was washed out/rutted out/ overgrown. With the season winding down in a few months it would be nice to design some nice features that we could build next spring.

What trails? The bike clubs do lots of fall maintanence on them and try to clean them up mid summer. Been riding them all summer, fall and now in winter on my fatbike and they are all in prime condition.
