I need to carry knee and shins on the back, and have 2l of water hydration. Which one is better for carrying? Anyone used either?

iv got an apex its grate for pads n helmet but i dunt use the water pack any more as it bulges out and curves the bag of the bag makin it role on ya back n givin bad back!
