hey guys i am wondering how bad is it to wash my dh bike with preasure hose and how often and what do you oil /grease after washing your bike. 2. my bike came with a 250 spring i am 150lbs i ride decently hard i really like jump i know 250 is too soft i am thinking about a 350 would that be ok ? thanks for your answer !
