Angle Headset on a Sanction

Hi,
I have a 2015 GT Sanction , really happy with the way it handles but can't help thinking it could be improved by bringing the 66 degree head tube angle down to say 64.5 wit a works components headset ..

Anybody have any experience with doing the same or any good reason why it shouldn't be done ?
