Just seeing if anyone can give some advice on a cheap place to ride in central/south america. A place where you can setup shop and ride the local trails without spending much time travelling around in a vehicle. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Costa rica you can do it, several trail centers in range of the central valley, country is small, so you will not spend much time on your car
