Hi

I am looking for some exercises to do at home to improve my arm stamina on longer downhill runs. Basically on long DH runs or successive runs on an uplift day I lose strength in my arms effecting my control of the bike.

Is it simply lots of press-ups or is there something better I could be doing? Ideally something I can do at home in the evening as I don't go to a gym.

Cheers

check out:

For several years I've been doing a one-arm kettlebell swing and it really helped my hand strength/stamina and reduced my forearm pump during downhills.
I'm not sure if you can access his workouts without subscribing though...
