That looks like a rendering software to mess with paint, scenery, etc and not an actual CAD program. I know Trek mostly uses Solidworks and Specialized uses ProE/Catia. Both are pretty easy to learn. The hardest part isn't the design, though, it's the FEA and GD&T.
