2012 FOX Float 150s not using alot of its travel?

I have a pair of fox float rl 150mm and my stanchions only go down an inch and half im barley getting any use of all the travel it has. i dont have any reducers in the air side either and ive tried to drop the psi still same thing any ideas?

no it was the sponge seal on the air spring. 2010-1012 floats you have to replace it with a scraper seal or else oil dumps into the top of the fork and you dont use all your travel
