I tried that. It really only recommends page 47 of this thread which is from 2016, so that doesn't help unfortunately.

On top of that, i think it's mainly been done in combination with various things like 160 fork, coil shock and whatnot.
If you really want to see what it feels like for you on your bike, you gotta try it. As upgrades come, this one's relatively inexpensive.

Does anyone know if putting an angleset on a Jedfsy has been discussed on this thread? Thought I'd ask before trying to read the whole thread.

I have a 2020 Jeffsy base and have been thinking of putting a -2 degree slackerizer headset on there just to see how it feels. If I put the slackerizer on and put the flip chip in high mode, I'll probably have a 64.5 head angle. The bottom bracket probably won't be that low because it's in high mode. Probably will end up with geo similar to the new Commencal TR or Privateer 141.

Anyone try this? Any thoughts on this experiment?

I’d be very interested to know how you like it. Go for it! I would actually suggest keeping the BB in low mode and putting a 160mm air shaft in the Yari to bring the front end back up. That will give you a 64* HTA and keep everything else the same.

I think I may give it a shot. Like you mentioned, its not an expensive experiment.

Just to confirm, the 2019 Jeffsy Pro with the stock e*13 wheelset is fine with 2.5" DHF's correct? Anyone go even bigger on the front?

2020 Comp here - works fine, front and back - had the same setup (or thereabout) on my mk1 Jeffsy AL too with no problems whatsoever. 30mm rim and 2.5 WT Maxxis rubber works.

Anyone have experience switching a Yari from 150mm to 160mm? Is it a difficult process?

It’s super easy if you can already do a lower leg service. All you really need is a pair of snap ring pliers

There’s plenty of space out front. 2.6 should fit as well. Whip out the tape measure and have a look!

Can anyone verify that replacement E13 Chain Guide for a 2018 Jeffsy is the E13 TRS Plus E-Type?

Emailing YT or E13 is useless.

Thanks in advance!

My 2018 Jeffsy uses a ISCG05 guide. Not sure if it’s different for carbon frames or 27.5 Jeffsys but when I first got a chain guide I purchased an e-type guide after being misinformed and it turned out to be an ISCG05 mount.. should have looked first I guess!

For mk1 Jeffsy 29", the "e-type" is correct chain guide, BUT, you need the front derailleur adapter too...

If you were looking a replacement for broken(?) chain guide I presume, then you likely have the FD adapter and you can get any chain guide for e-mount.

IIRC, 27.5" version I think had ISCG05 tabs already on the mk1 version, and mk2 versions on both wheel sizes have ISCG05 tabs....

Noob question. I'm considering some shorter cranks on my 2019 CF Pro 29. Do I need boost or non-boost spacing? How do I tell?

Are you asking about changing from say 175mm length cranks to something like 170mm? Yes you can do that.

I swapped the original GX cranks to 165mm NX cranks in Boost version and chainring is with 3mm offset.

I'm not sure if there really is any difference in the cranks if it is boost or non-boost, or if they do the "boost thing" just with different chainring offset(boost=3mm, non-boost=6mm. Anyway, boost cranks and chainring with 3mm offset seems to work...
