Hey all. I'm about to pull the trigger on a couple month holiday to Europe, beginning mid-September. The idea is to ride 70% of the time, give or take, so I'm pretty keen to take and travel with my own bike, gear and bag. It obviously creates a few logistical nightmares (airports, trains, travel in general and theft..) but I'm sure some of you have dealt with it before! The first couple of questions are:
A) Is it feasible to do get your gear through to London via Asia (1 × 23kg bag, plus some overweight..)? And
B) Is it practical to get around Europe once you're there, and by what means of travel would you recommend?
