Hi all. I have a question regarding Turner's customer service. I've heard it's one of the best in the industry, but I've gotta say, this hasn't been my experience. I've been considering buying a new RFX, and I've sent them a couple emails with questions -- including a request to demo a bike while I'm in Southern California -- and I've gotten zero response. Not even, "No, we're sorry, but we just don't have any demos available at the moment," which would be perfectly acceptable.

I'm willing to accept that they're a small company, and response might be slower than normal, but one inquiry was more than a month ago. I'm also willing to accept that maybe there's a glitch in their website's email submission form. But I've been looking for an excuse to drop around $4k on a new bike, and theirs looks cool, has gotten great reviews, but what I've experienced with customer service hasn't given me much of a reason to pull the trigger.

What has been your experience? Is this just an aberration? Is it normally much better?

Probably super busy this time of year. They usually are really good about getting back to you. Call and talk to Brent unless he's welding frames. :-)

Also I noticed the direct sales email was: [email protected]

Hope this helps

Want to be fair, so as an update, I did call and spoke to a guy who was polite and helpful. I was not able to demo the bike because their large demo was not available (it was in Big Bear) but that’s not really the fault of a small company in terms of customer service. I appreciated the help.
