I wanted to replace stock shock with a DPS. Fox dealer ( not fox direct)provided a part number and I ordered. After 3 rides on the new DPS I thought something was up. The bike was beating up on rides, I called fox. Here is the rub:
1. Tuner cannot sell you the shock, seems fox will not allow that
2. You will have to purchase a Fox EVOL DPS from an authorized dealer.
3. You will then have to send the shock in to fox to revalve/ custom tune for the frame.

Not sure it is worth all the trouble. This has been my experience. Before throwing more money at this can anyone suggest a different path?
