Any chance someone know how to get a Hope Pro 4 freehub to seal without the special tool? I just bought a new wheel and when converting from QR to the 15MM thru-axle I accidentally pulled the freehub from the body. I can't get it to seal and click back into place without the stupid tool.

Piece of PVC pipe and a little grease on the seal lip will do the trick.

I just used a wide screwdriver on its side to snap it in and worked my way around. Had it apart a bunch off times. Never needed any special tool.

If you have access to a 3D printer you can make a tool I just designed to do the job. I tested it and it works perfectly for installing new seals on my Hope Pro 4 rear hubs. It takes about two hours to print on most printers and should last a lifetime:

Y’all use a tool? I’ve always been able to get it to seal with my fingers...

I've got a bit of pipe I use.
