Alps trip van hire?

Hi,

We're planning this years trip to Morzine flying into Geneva. There's four of us heading out.
We're need to hire a van to get us (and bikes) to and from the airport (and to get us around to Pila for the last few days).

Even with the power of the internet, I can't find a van to hire!

Has anyone made the trip and found the best solution??
