In the overall EWS title race I was thinking that it would be cool to have the total time that it took each rider to ride all of the years stages, and for this to decide who won the overall. I understand that this would cause problems for people who miss races but I thought it could be a good idea.

I kinda like it, I could never figure out why the men's field got more points for the same exact races as the ladies. Seemed silly.

If times were used the gap between races would be much larger making it harder for riders to ride for the overall. It would be cool to see overall times as well as points though.
