I have a 2019 SC with all the low end options. I'm upgrading little by little. The next thing I want is a red chainring but my searches come up with ones only compatible with up to 11 speed. Any suggestions?

Should use any SDM (sram direct mount) chainring. Made by many manufacturers... If you have a boost bike (I’m guessing you do), you want 3mm offset, some companies list them as “boost” compatible. Good luck.

Absolute Black has red oval rings for sram boost
