Can anyone comment on the differences between these forks, in terms of stiffness and performance? Weight as well I suppose, though I'm undecided on Factory vs Performance on the Fox.

I feel like I have a good handle on the Fox lineup, but RockShox is kind of a mystery to me (not sure why).

For reference, I'm ~155 pounds, putting this fork on an aggressive XC / light trail bike.

Thanks

Well the Sid is more of a racey xc fork with a max available travel of like 120. its only 32 mil stanchions and is more in line with a Fox 32 than the 34. For that build, either a rockshox pike or 34 would fit best, especially if you are more on the trail side vs xc side. I ride a 2016 160 travel pike and love it, and used to have a 130 fox Rhythm 34 and thought that rode pretty good too. Just do your own research and get something with 34-5 mil stanchions that appeals to you. There are also more brands than just rockshox or fox so there might be a better option there.
Good luck with the build, and out of curiosity, what bike is it?

Thanks. I'm trying to decide if I'm going to get a new Ripley and under-fork it, or if I'm going to get the Norco Revolver 120. Both have the geo numbers that I'm looking for (which is why, for example, I've taken the Blur TR and the SB100 off my list), so right now I'm just deciding on the smaller stuff.

Any suggestions/comments are welcome, I don't pretend to be an expert on any of this!
