South Wales riding spots

Hi guys!
I'm from the South West but have got a bit board of the local trails near me. I'm really keen to explore some of the trails that I know South Wales has to offer and I've seen in videos such as A Slice of British Pie. but I have no idea where they are or where to go? can anyone help? I know some people might want to keep their trails secret but if there are any you wouldn't mind shareing that would be sick as I'd love to ride some proper Welsh downhill.
