What brands would you like to see represented in the Calgary area?

It seems there are a lot of shops are carrying the same brands, are there brands that you feel aren’t well represented in the area? Thoughts about online brands becoming increasingly popular?

This is probably the biggest issue impacting Calagry shops from being much more profitable. There are some big big shops in Alberta that don’t put nearly enough effort into differentiating their brands. Ultimately this is great for the large suppliers getting huge booking orders, but at the end of the day it’s the shops that carry the risk and have to blow out inventory because the market is saturated with the same items in every shop.

There are some amazing unique brands out there with great suppliers willing to bend over backwards to support new bike ship customers... I know because I am one of these suppliers! It’s so frustrating to see good shops suffer due to lack of product differentiation... You’ve now trained your customers to only buy from you at your regular deep discount sales... It’s time to mix it up!
