I have a sb150 came with shimano XT 12 speed drivetrain. I would like to change to Sram X01 12 speed. If I change derailleur and shifter only will It work?

Two different chain types I believe...need to swap chain, cassette (need to change freehub to XD) and chainring as well.

What hub is it on your rear wheel? I am looking to swap from X01 Eagle to Shimano 12 speed...would consider a swap with you if you are interested. PM me.

You can use either chain, not sure about the rest. Curious why you want to change to Sram? I have XT 12 sp and have also used the Sram 12sp and didn’t even feel comparable, but that’s just my experience.

I have a bike with GX and the sb150 with XT 1e speed. I find the GX shift better/quicker than the XT does.
