Greece for enduro riding in winter

Hello! I'm planning on staying in Greece for a few weeks this winter with my bike, and I'm currently looking for good spots to ride a trail/enduro bike. Looking on Trailforks, the area with the most trails seems to be around Athens. Anyone has experience riding there? Can you give me any tips? Maybe recommend me other areas as well. Cheers.
