Hello

I'm just getting back into mtn biking and was wondering how many riders live in the St. Thomas area.

Looking around I found a FB group regarding setting up mountain bike specific trail system in st Thomas in a wooded area off Water Tower road. Does anyone else know about this or what the status is? The FB page is not very active. I almost feel like just going out there and start building a trail myself, anyone else in?

Also if anyone regularly goes to bike parks (blue, horse shoe, hydrocut etc.) I'd be interested in carpooling/group rides. Feel free to PM me.

Hey! I'm actually in that area! I've never heard of this! Sounds kinda interesting though!! I try and get up to Blue as much as I can, such a long drive though haha

They are working on it on Sunday's and hopefully it will be done by the fall.

I haven't heard anything in regards to.when it will be ready to ride. I thought I heard they wanted it to be ready this fall but at this point I have my doubts

The trails have been open for riding since October 2023 as far as I can tell from their social media. They post updates to their Instagram (@watertowermtb) and Facebook page.
