I started looking at diy kits for mid-drive motors to convert a muscle bike into an e-bike. I'm finding the crank arms are 170mm or longer with no option to get shorter cranks. The specs of most of the kits I've seen do not seem to give enough detail to be able to buy a compatible crankset that matches.

How are shorter riders dealing with this? Are people just putting up with suboptimal oversized cranks?
