You can sew it up with dental floss and patch it from the inside. For more specific instructions check randoneurring and touring sites. Doesn’t mix too well with tubeless but assuming the patch is good enough it can work. If you’re gonna go this route , do so before the sidewall layers separate and you get an aneurysm on the sidewall.

You might be able to patch the inside but I'd just replace that. Ending up stranded and walking is no fun...
