I need help!!! I want to upgrade to a longer rear shock for my st. It comes with 190mm and want to go with something like a 200 or a 210 due to being able to find shocks alot easier and for alot cheaper. I need help with what to buy in order to make this work. Thanks

You need to buy the LT- Link and a Shock with 210x50 or 210x52,5mm- you can easily fit the 52,5mm in a 29er and get about 145-147mm rear travel.

I just did this conversion on my ST, looking for a fork now...

LT Link is P/N S186300001. Picked it up at my LBS for $50 CDN. Used a 210x50 DPS rear shock that comes stock on the LT.

Also looking for a gently used 210 x 50mm shock.

Just so I get this straight. You buy a $50 specialized OEM part and then you can upgrade from a 190mm rear shock to a 210mm rear shock?
