Hey guys,

Looking to replace my mk1 tues lower headset bearing with something other than Acros but I’m having troubles finding a reliable is52/30 bearing with an insertion depth suitable for the lower cup (because the bearing cups on the tues are abnormally deep.)

I have a canecreek is52/30 bearing that fits but provides almost no clearance between the headtube and the fork crown. This can be fixed with a “tall” crown race but the only tall crown races I can find are only for tapered steerer tubes. Not for 30mm straight steerers. Just wondering if anyone has found a solution to this.
