Good bike shop for service in the GTA?

I bought a used NS soda slope, and while I can take care of most maintenance and general bike work, I don't know if suspension and wheel building/truing is something I'd like to tackle. Front and rear suspension I'd like to be checked out at the very least, and assuming the rims are in good enough shape to be painted, I need front and rear wheels built.

All the Gears locations are in complete disorder, most other mainstream bike shops are either only servicing bikes purchased from their shop, or they quote crazy prices and/or wait times.

Worst comes to worst, I can spend the time to learn how to rebuild my wheels, and have suspension serviced in the future. But it would give me peace of mind to have it all done now by somebody who knows what they're doing.

Are there any less known, friendly bike shops anywhere around the GTA (I am on south Miss/Oakville border) that will be happy to work on some wheels and suspension, that will do the job for a reasonable price within a week?

Hell if you have all the tools necessary and you are confident as a bike mechanic, I'd happily pay $150 to build the wheels and literally just disassemble the front/rear suspension to see if and what needs to be done there.

Cycle path danforth near conwell and danforth is pretty good the guys there are pretty nice but I'm pretty sure that most bike shops send forks off to manufacturers to be serviced.

Cycling Elements in Orangeville. Honestly one of the best shops I’ve ever dealt with. They do great work, Zachary is the head mechanic and has tons of skill in everything bikes, and Jeff the owner is a solid stand up guy. It’s a no bullshit no lies kinda shop. Don’t think they can turn stuff around within the week, only because of how busy they are, but give em a try. Honestly you won’t be disappointed. And remember anyone that can take your stuff and fix it right away cause their not busy, isn’t busy for a reason. You know a good facility when their busy, be it auto mechanic or roofer or even a bike shop. The good ones are always busy and the not so good ones can usually do it right away. Not always, but usually.
