Select Diameter : 30.9

I Have these options for Length 125mm or 150mm

then i have these options for size 412mm or 459mm

which would i need for my bike much appreciated

I have just put a brand x sest dropper on mine. I am 6ft2 with a large frame on the bike and went for the 150mm, 459mm which has lots of travel. The 125mm would be fine as the dropper on my bike is right up to the top of the frame.
