I have bought a new bike that has the following fork:
2019, 34, K, FLOAT, 29in, F-S, 140, FIT4, 3Pos-Adj, Matte Blk, Neutral Logo, 15QRx110, 1.5 T, 44mm Rake, OE

I am trying to find out if it's possible to increase travel from 140mm to 150mm.

I know that a 34 Float Air Shaft - 2019 is available (P/N 820-02-529-KIT).
820-02-529-KIT Service Set: Air Shaft Assy, 2019, 34, 150mm, FLOAT LC NA 2, 1.214 Bore, Al NP

However I am unable to find if it works with my specific fork. How can I find out? If it does do I need to change anything else?

Thanks.

Yes it will work. I replaced the 130mm air shaft with the 820-02-528-KIT 140mm air shaft in my 2018 performance elite 34.

Side note: The stock 130mm air shaft on my 2018 34 has a plastic part that the shaft slides through, which seems to be called the neg plate tube, where as the new air shaft had a metal neg plate tube instead. There was a thin metal washer between the plastic neg plate tube and the c clip that hold the air shaft in the stanchion. The thin metal washer is not to be installed with the new air shafts that have the metal neg plate tube.

Thanks. The increase from 130 to 140mm is something that seems to be possible as you have proven.
On the other hand my worry is from reading the following (unless I am misinterpreting the text):

https://www.fanatikbike.com/products/fox-racing-shox-34-float-air-shaft-2019

110-140mm shafts fit Factory and Performance 27.5" and 29" models, 150mm-160mm shaft is only compatible with 27.5" models.

Please note: 34mm FLOAT forks can be travel adjusted by replacing the air shaft assembly. 34mm forks can be reduced in travel as low as 110mm. 2016 27.5in 34mm forks may have travel extended up to 160mm. While 2016 29in 34mm forks may have travel extended up to 140mm, forks starting at 120 or below will need a new damper to acheive greater than 120 travel. All 2016 34mm forks share the same upper tube bore diameter.

So this comment makes me leery about ordering the part although it's not a big amount.

I see, I was unaware that the 27.5" and 29" 34's have varying abilities of travel adjust. Given the information by fanatikbike, I'd say that your 29" 34 cannot be changed to 150mm. I assume that the damper can only extend long enough to accommodate a 140mm air shaft, or there won't be enough bushing overlap with 150mm of travel.

I am afraid so. I'll still investigate but I'll try it as it is.
Cheers.

Any idea how to actually remove the air shaft? Does it come out the bottom or the top?
*edit. It comes out the bottom. The c-clip is flush with the inside wall of the tube, not at 90 degree as the 32 and most other c-clips you see. It is really easy to work with. Remove c-clip and pull hard on the air shaft to remove.

"150mm-160mm shaft is only compatible with 27.5" models."

I have a 29in150mm travel 34 Factory that started out as a 130mm, I ordered a 150mm airshaft direct from Fox. Here is a 150mm factory 34 as well, so I know they exist. https://www.theproscloset.com/products/2019-fox-34-float-factory-series-mountain-fork-29-150mm-15x110mm-tapered-disc
