I have the GT i-Drive 2.0, is it possible to have a rear disc brake installed and what adaptor do i need?

i own this gt i -drive 2.0 mtb and i have one problem on this frame, it has no rear disc brake connectors. is there any adaptor that i can buy to solve this? has anyone solve this problem and show me how you did it? ty
