Weird question....anyone ordered new SRAM parts and had them delivered in just a plastic bag? I ordered a new GX derailleur from Decathlon and it's arrived in a clear plastic bag?! Thing is I ordered a GX shifter from elsewhere and it came in a nice box.
Makes me wonder where Decathlon obtain the derailleur from....
I don't care too much but the derailleur does look a little scratched with a tiny dent and obviously not protected in transit.....

Yeah, I guessed the same, £75 tbf but at the time there were other shops selling it for only a few £ more. Just seems a bit weird a large company like Decathlon would sell OEM items.
To be honest, I fitted it to the bike and it seems fine. Think it's a 2 yr warranty and if anything went wrong they'd probably just refund me without questions as it's a big company.
