Hi folks I want to fit the 2021 debonair upgrade to my lyrik 170mm 2016 A1. The compatibility chart says 2016 B1. Does any one know what would happen if I tried to fit the upgrade to my A1 fork? What is the difference between the two generations?

I know I’m 2 years 2 late! I’ve done the upgrade I have 2016 A1 Lyrik which now has the C1 air spring.

Form my research the difference between 2016 A1 and B1 is just the B1 air spring as both have the charger damper.

The lowers and uppers are the same I believe. The only way I could see they would be different is where the dimple is that equalises +ve and -ve air chambers but I don’t think that’s the case

I hope I’m right

been trying to figure out how low I can drop my lyrics to go on a hardtail and it's like a minefield of information lol
