Replacement for 11sp XTR Shifter?

So I've had the Shimano XTR M9000 series 11 speed shifter, derailleur, and cassette on my bike since 2015. The last couple rides I've gone on, the shift cable gets jammed inside the shifter, which leaves me without the ability to shift. Looking around, it seems like everything is moving to 12 speed. Can anyone offer insight on if there are any currently available shifters that will work with the 11 speed XTR derailleur and cassette?

XTR SL-M9100 has a switch on it to work with 11-speed or 12-speed. Or there's the lower level M5100 if you're looking to save $.

Funny thing - I ordered an SL-M9100 shifter after the first time it jammed, and for whatever reason the shifter I received doesn't have the switch. As far as I can tell there's not a 12-speed only model, so I'm really not sure what happened there. I did a bit more digging and it sounds like it may not be compatible with the "older" 11 speed stuff. Granted, there really isn't much information at all about it, so I can't say for sure.

I did find someone selling a NIB M9000 on ebay, so I'm trying to snag that. I'm planning on hopping on a plane with my bike thursday evening, so I'm in a bit of a frantic rush haha
