Troubles finding replacement parts for Cooker 24" fat bike

Hey all, I'm looking to replace a mildly bent 235mm rear axle, along with the cones on a 2015 kid's fat bike. These appear to be mostly Walmart/trashy parts.. Anyone have clever solutions?
