Smaller sized flat pedal recommendations

Any ladies have recommendations on flat pedals that fit under a smaller shoe?
I've got some Deity pedals and find the square shape and size too big for my smaller shoe. I have to try to get it all on the pedal at once.
I wear a 37.

My girlfriend loves DMR Vault Midi's. She wears a UK 3, which I think is an EU35!

I will second the Vault Midi suggestion. My fiancé has size 6 US feet and they have been the best we found for her. Great quality pedals too

The dmr vault midi’s are the best, I wear 11 USA but I prefeer the small pedals to use all the plataform and get contact with all the pins

crank brothers stamp alloys worth looking in to. Don't touch the composite version of those (stamp 1), they fall apart in no time
