Bronson V1 owner, worth adding a 5010?

I have owned many Santa Cruz bikes over the years and had a decent spec Bronson built when they first came out. I started riding with some fit guys on XC bikes and switched to a Specialized Epic 29er. Just tried the Bronson again and love the agility and playfulness of it with 650b wheels versus the Epic. Now wondering whether to sell the Epic and buy a 5010, but will it be too similar to the Bronson? My riding is mainly easy single track and XC, so even a 5010 could be overkill. I would then keep the Bronson for Alps trips and maybe the Megavalanche if I do it again... Thoughts? I can get a 5010 on the cycle to work scheme with 50% off, so wouldn’t cost much to switch...
