Deleted account not actually deleted

I recently deleted my Trailforks/PB account and then when trying to make a new account using the same email address as the previous one it says my email address is still in use. I then checked my old username and it says that is still taken/in use too.
Can a mod/admin please contact me about actually fully deleting my old account so I can make an account with my actual normal email address please (I made this account with a secondary email address primarily to post this).
If its not actually possible to fully delete an account it would be nice to atleast be made aware of that fact.
