My girlfriend and I will be roadtripping from nor Cal to Moab this month, any recommendations for spots to ride there or on the way? Looking for some fun flowy stuff with a little bit of tech. Nothing too crazy as I will be with my girlfriend but she is still an impressive rider.

There's not a lot of flowy stuff in Moab. For intermediate trails I'd stick to Navajo Rocks one day and then Klondike Bluffs on another. If needing to add some miles one one of those days you could add the Bar M trails afterwards but not worth spending a day of your trip riding just those. If you're looking for mostly flowy you might want to consider heading an hour further east on I-70 to Fruita and hitting 18 Road and Kokopelli trails.
