Currently on Assegai front, DHR2 rear. Both maxxterra, plain exo front, DD + Rimpact rear. Not tested this combo during the truly wet months, but for dry conditions they're great, hardpack, loose rocks or soft dirt. Solid braking, great hold on the edge and very descent rolling.

This winter I had dual Magic Marys, ultrasoft front, soft rear. Amazing confidence in slippery conditions, but very slow rolling on hardpack. Very safe combo when things get ugly though.

DHR2 29x2.4 3CT/EXO+/TR on the Front, Aggressor 29x2.3 Exo/TR on the rear, when I can find them. The Yeti LR folks were running this combo a while back and it's really fantastic balance for CO. I'm learning to love the Dissector on the rear -- it's probably my next rear tire.

Assegai 27.5x2.6 front and DHR2 27.5 x 2.6 rear with cushcore. Both exo+. 30mm ID rims (ex511).

Izzo Blaze came spec'd like that, 2.4 both sides. never rode Maxxis before. they are behaving well, a little loose on hard off camber corners, but rolls pretty fast

I recently got some double down cased tires. 2.5 Ass / 2.4 Dissector. Boat anchors.

My other bike has DHF 2.5 and DHR 2.4. Exo, Grippy and roll well for what they are.
