I was working on my brakes and took out my rear wheel and noticed the angle at which this spacer was at tight (cock-eyed). I loosed it and looked at the play in the pocket. Is this normal for other alloy troys? I talked to the BS that sold me the bike and they said it was normal. Just wonder if anyone else has it too and how they got it straight and tight.

For anyone else ever searching this, the play shown in the video is totally normal. It is designed into the system to allow for easy installation.

I had similar worries when I noticed this play and contacted Devinci. They assured me not to worry about it and to make sure the nut on the outside is torqued to spec. Once torqued the play disappeared.
