The clamp width the same on these two stems? I emailed Spank but I've not heard from them.
And besides weight and more machining on the Split any other differences? Thanks.

If the Spoon stem you means is Spoon 318 or Spoon 350, the clamp width is around 50mm, and Split stems is around 60mm. And Split stem have more size options than Spoon 318 or 350.
