Who still makes head tube extenders? These are 20 to 40 mm tall that press into your head tube so you can do bar spins without needing a 650c front wheel. The only ones I can find are titanium and cost as much as the rest of my bike!

Companies that used to make them:
Eighth Inch
Kalavinka
Specialized
Cannondale
Serrotta
Aerolite
Novyparts

Companies that still make them:
Ti Cycles
Litespeed

Eighth Inch are still available in some places:

https://www.singlespeedshop.com/Single-Speed---Fixed-Gear/Headsets-420/Eighthinch-Headtube-Extender.html

Alternative you could try this:

https://reverse-components.com/en/products/05%C2%B0angle-spacer-1-18

and find a fork with slightly more offset or taller A-C.

Thanks! That tall crown race looks cool, but turns out all I needed was a taller fork. Beer
