I don't know if some dvo worker will read this but anyway I am going to expose the issue I have with a topaz2 shock...

Last year I bought a Giant reign advanced 1 2019, 27,5 which came with dvo shock and fork. Topaz and diamond.
Diamond fork is awesome, it works great, but shock has been sent 4 times to warranty in one year!

First time I sent it was because all the oil came out and the lock mode stops working. Afterr 2 weeks they told me the shock was ready but still didn't lock. Had to send it again, Two more weeks.without bike. One mont in total

Third time was last summer, when I tried to pump some air to the shock, I took the valve out and the shock lost all the air inside. Somethig inside was broken ¡, the shock didn't keep the air.

Fourth time was 3 weeks ago, as the first time, all the oil came out and lock mode stop working.

At the shop they told me dvo repair service in spain said it was an issue with GIANT geometry. The shop tried to contact with GIANT but they are not giving and answer.

I also have tried to contact dvo usa through its website to confirm this giant geometry issue but it's been 2 weeks and they don´t even answer my email.
I think we are talking about very expensive stuff, which manufacturers should show more respect to their clients.I have been without bike many months along this year, and the bike is new.

Awful experience with both GIANT and DVO

Is there anyone who had some similar experience?
