The lightest wheels are not going to last long if you have rim brakes.
Have a look at sjs cycles website, you can pick the rims and hubs that suit then buy a wheel build using the spokes you want, if you're not sure about whether the individual wheel parts will fit your purpose then just ask them for advice.
