Anyone else experienced this? Not a clean break but more off a corner on the upper outside part off the humerus that’s been fractured.

Just looking for people with experience. Am I an optimist if I say that I plan to make some off the races this summer?

Hiya, I’m sitting at home 5 weeks after I fell off and did this. Fractured proximis humerus with dislocation. I had surgery 8 days after my accident and had a plate and many screws fitted. I’m 46 and recovery is slow! Start physio on in a few days. I’ll start a separate thread having not been on this forum for years.
